Mazleghan is located in West Persia.
Mazleghan rugs normally have a hexagonal long central medallion which is surrounded by long jagged patterns dividing the field into four corners. These corners in turn are decorated with floral motifs spreading into the borders.
The colors of Mazleghan rugs predominately are red and white in which the red has a very unique antique look.
