Just returned from Morocco!!!

We have traveled and searched in the Souks in Morocco to find a unique collection of vintage rugs to introduce to Louisville.

It was fun to be in Morocco with my niece as she brought a youthful perspective to our rug purchases. She liked the bright colors and unusual patterns and designs as well as so many rugs being reasonably priced. The hand made nature of the rugs and woven recycled fabrics contrasted with the “more perfect” styles of traditional oriental rugs. We both liked the modern interpretation of designs that were more casual. Her language skills were also helpful as she could negotiate for me in Arabic and French.
