My dog took a quart of Beef gravy from the kitchen and decided to have a meal on this rug. Much of the gravy was absorbed into the rug. For a number of reasons, I left it untouched for many months. After being very disappointed by the results from another oriental rug store known for its oriental rug cleaning in Indianapolis, I brought it down to Fran. She looked at it and thought they could get the stain out.Sure enough, her rug cleaner was able to get the stain out. As importantly, the rug looks even better now than it ever has!Fran and Kyle are wonderful to work with, and so knowledgeable. I will be buying another rug from them very soon. -
